In this video, we go on our first mountain bike ride on the vacation. It’s a nice ride starting and ending at Bike & Bean in Village of Oak Creek. I was completely done after that ride. It is Morten’s first time here while for Allan and me, it is great to be back and get some red dust on our shoes. Ended the day tired but happy. —— Main Channel: https://www.youtube.com/ruddk Secondary channel : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKq_sn1DMx6jjYPnGtk2xJw Instagram: @martinRudJ Twitter: @wwwruddk Website: https://www.rud.dk/
It’s a new day, and there’s jet lag to deal with. An empty fridge to fill and wine to be tasted. Starting the day driving up to “The Coffee Pot Restaurant” in Sedona for a wholesome breakfast and a short visit to Whole Foods before deciding on going back to Village of Oak Creek to shop at IGA, because we are on a budget for this vacation. After that, we drive to Old Town Cottonwood to visit Arizona Stronghold tasting room to taste their latest wine and visit the Burning Tree Winery tasting room. We pay a visit to Bike
Mostly Arizona and Sedona. Wine tasting, eating, biking and cruising. A few bits from other places in the end, but mostly Sedona / Village of Oak Creek which is the place I want to return to again. Many of these clips will be extended into their own videos later on. Those who know, can see we got a different car from Hertz than planned. Order this exact model, guess not. 🙂 At least it was a proper american V8 with the right sound. 🙂 Thanks to all the nice people and and Jeremy at Revolve Camera.
Visiting Devils Bridge near Sedona, Arizona. It was a average hot day for late september when we took the bikes to see Devils Bridge. I did a bit of GPS tracking(the blue line on the map). Had to walk the last part up there and was a bit unsure of the final route. But there were sticks and logs pointing in the right direction. Not hard to get do but there’s a some meters of a climb the last part up. I am not too fond of nights but I managed anyway. Remember to bring water. 😀 Saw a jeep
Filmed in October 2, 2014, the area had just reopened after flash flood warnings were over. Plenty of evidence of the wildfire earlier that year as you can see on the video. Perhaps most scary was that not only could you see large areas in other places but sometimes it as just a small patch, or a single tree detached from other areas that had burned. Anyway just took a small walk around the area for an hour or two and then were off to ride a MTB trail(iirc) followed by lunch.
